- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After seeing the only review for Diablo Valley ENT, I was a bit apprehensive. I typically don't write reviews for excellent service, but felt that this was the appropriate thing to do considering there is only 1 other review here. My experience was fantastic- excellent staff, gorgeous office. The doctor was very calm and intelligent. I didn't just get a quick rambling, but rather a detailed, broken down explanation of my issues (allergies) and all of the treatment options. One of the options was immunotherapy to try and get my body to stop reacting to the allergens. This type of therapy requires frequent office visits, and it sounds like this is what the other reviewer was complaining about. If a doctor provides you with a recommended treatment plan, don't go put them on blast because you feel it is inconvenient! Long story short- Diablo Valley ENT is an outstanding practice, and they have a lifetime patient in me and my family. Thank you!!May 16, 2017by John Stevens
