  I was supposed to be the new patient at this office. They scheduled my first appt 3 months out. I was told to be there at 2:30pm if I printed all my paper work. I was there 2:25pm with most of the paperwork done. I was sent away because I was not early enough for them. I later checked the voice mail they left to me and the appt time was 2:30pm then got changed to 2:00pm. I did not agree to the time. The staff and Dr. Hillard refused to see me. The next patient at 3:00pm was not even showed up when I left their office around 2:45pm. I took my time off and spent 30 minutes to print and complete forms. BTW, it was taking them forever to answer calls. They didn't need my business, nor I need their service. Dr. Hilliard - please be 30 minutes EARLY on your personal doctor appointments. I have never been treated this way by any doctor office. I am actually glad it turns out this way, so I can find a better doctor that will treat me with respect.
